Even so, I still miss it there in the small villages with one local pub. I walk in from being gone for 3 months, and the bar shouts, Hey Dr Phil. They must watch too much Tv. The Dutch are so much fun.

I guess its like that in almsot every city in Europe, especially in Rome.
The anrrow streets of rome made of the old roman stone roads are not ideal for the ambulancesa dn police cars.

I had to follow Ambulance with girl friends mother on board in Amsterdam for 20 miles. Americans have no idea how narrow roads are in Europe. If this same chase was done here, there would be a crash at every intersection.
Euro drivers I have to admit have strict code of ethics for safety.
