The car chase is from a danish movie called “Olsen-Banden på spanden” (The Olsen-Gang in a fix), and it’s the second movie in a series of 14 movies. It’s about three small time thieves that always dream about making the one big score, so they can be rich and live in Mallorca. In this movie they try to become honest members of society, so they participate in a resocializing project. They get jobs as cleaners in the danish national bank, unfortunately some big time american gangsters rob the bank while they are in there to clean it. So of course the police are chasing the Olsen-Gang, so they try to clear their names by stealing back the loot from the american gangsters. They succeed in stealing back the loot in the airport, but they are quickly tracked down by the american gangsters who steals back the loot. “The Olsen-Gang” follows the gangsters to their hotel, where they yet again manage to steal the loot from the gangsters. Then we come to this car chase, where they have to get away from the hotel, but their car (the 1959 Chevy Biscayne) is blocked by a bus. So they steal the gangsters car (the 1964 Buick Skylark), then to make matters worse, the police show up and join the chase.

The Z cars of Nissan have always been a few things. They’ve always been coupes, they’ve always been rear wheel drive, and they’ve always had stunning styling.
