The fifth Gumball 300 rally was held in May 2003, with more than 100 cars beginning in San Francisco, California with a finish line in Miami, Florida. Top Gear reported that the Koenigsegg CC8S holds the fastest speeding ticket in the world, which allegedly occurred in May 2003 in Texas.
