Gumball 3000 – winners
Well, Gumball 3000 is about covering 3000 miles using your favourite car without increasing the speed of your car above a particular limit and without doing anything that is illegal or that is against the rules of Gumball 3000. All you have to do is just enjoy your driving from the start to the end. Who knows sometimes you could be the winner of the Gumball 3000. Well, the most important question is regarding the prize. What does the winners of the Gumball 3000 get? What did the earlier winners got? Well, the winners get a trophy which is the so called Spirit of the Gumball Trophy. And he was in the 2000 model of Ferrari 550. The next rally was in 2001. And the winner was Kim Schmitz who won the trophy driving in his Mercedes-Benz Brabus SV12 Megacar. The winner of the 2002 Gumball 3000 rally were Alex Roy and David Maher. This time it was a pair who won the trophy and they were in their BMW M5. The next rally was in 2004 and the winning pair was of Gary Lutke and John Docherty. This cool winning pair took home the Spirit of the Gumball Trophy and the car that they used was Citroen 2CV. In 2005, the winning pair was of Sue Bellarby and Katie Huddart. They were with Caterham 7. The winners of the 2006 Gumball 3000 rally were in Rolls Royce Phantom. And the winning was of Damian Williams, Richard Blackburn and Ezra Chapman. The Gumball 3000 rally of 2007 was won by the pair of Kernal Sadikoglu and Alikonur Yarsuvat. These two were Turkish Taxi. The winner of the 2008 Gumball 3000 Rally was in Honda Accord. And the name of the winner is John Boyle.
